Wang Theater At The Boch Center
If you love the #1 live podcast in the world, then this event is one that you can't afford to miss! Killers of Kill Tony, a group of comedians that are regulars on the podcast, are going on tour, and they're taking over Boston's Wang Theater.
Ari Matti, Hans Kim, Martin Phillips, and David Jolly hope to give you an excuse to leave the house during the holidays. This event is taking place on Saturday, December 27th. It's the weekend of the slowest week of the year, and there's a good chance you're taking time off with the family during these days. What better way to break that lull than with an upbeat comedy experience?
Spots within the Wang Theater are starting at only $59. This is one of those shows that you could take the whole family to. Click the get tickets button to pick your seats today!
If you're coming out here expecting to see the podcast in its full glory, you might be disappointed! One of the things to keep in mind about the Killers of Kill Tony show is that it's different from the podcast version. Much to the delight of folks who like traditional comedy and have enjoyed bits from Ari Matti, Hans Kim, Martin Phillips & David Jolly in the past. Simply put, this show sees them take the stage and provide longer comedy sets for audiences to enjoy. There's no question that these guys have a unique brand of comedy.
In other stops, kids as young as six years old were permitted inside the theater. There's no over-18 age restriction for this performance on Saturday, December 27th. At the end of the day, though, it's the parents' job to decide who gets to go to Killers of Kill Tony. This is certainly not a show that was designed with kids in mind. However, given the date, it might be hard to leave some of the young ones at home. It could be a good idea to give some of the bits these guys have done a watch before deciding on who's coming to see them live!
This is a great venue for comedy night, mainly because the stage is perfectly visible from any seat in the house. Now, if you've needed glasses for some time and just haven't gotten around to seeing a doctor, then it could be a good idea to sit up front. A lot of the bits that these guys do also include hand motions and different elements that you're not going to want to miss just because you can't see!
The holidays might seem like a long way off, at least at the time of writing, but you'll want to click that get tickets button soon. Spots are starting at just $59, and they might run out.
